Delivery Policy

All services offered by LILANAY LLC are digital services. There is no physical shipping. Deliverables are provided electronically.

1. Delivery method

All deliverables are sent electronically via:

• Email (files, links, reports)
• Shared cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar)
• Direct file transfer (WeTransfer, etc.)
• Remote presentation (Zoom, Google Meet) for workshops and strategy sessions

2. Delivery timelines

Each service page lists its specific delivery timeline. Standard timelines are:

Monthly services (retainer, social media, maintenance)	Ongoing, monthly deliverables

3. Project kickoff

Work begins after:

1. Order confirmation and payment received
2. Client onboarding questionnaire completed
3. Kickoff call scheduled (if applicable)

The delivery timeline starts from the completion of onboarding, not from order date.

4. Revisions

Each service includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate of $150/hour unless covered by a retainer agreement.

5. Delays

If we anticipate a delay beyond the stated timeline, we will notify you within 48 hours with a revised delivery date. Delays caused by late client feedback or missing assets do not count against our delivery timeline.
