Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with our services. If you are not, here is exactly how refunds work.

1. The standard policy

You have 14 days from the day your order is confirmed to request a full refund for services not yet commenced. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days.

2. The EU/UK statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive / UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, separate from our standard policy. You may cancel for any reason — no questions, no fee — by sending the model withdrawal form below (or any clear statement) to dragonmammal@hotmail.com within 14 days of order confirmation.

For digital services that have already commenced with your express consent, the right of withdrawal may be limited.

3. Work-in-progress refunds

For digital services:

• If work has not yet commenced, a full refund is available within 14 days.
• If work has partially commenced, a prorated refund is issued based on work completed.
• If all deliverables have been provided, no refund is available unless the work is materially defective.

4. Defective work

If deliverables are materially defective or do not match the agreed scope, we will either revise the work at no additional cost or issue a prorated refund — your choice. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

5. How to request a refund

1. Email dragonmammal@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason.
2. We review and respond within two business days.
3. Refund is issued within ten business days of approval.

6. Late or missing refunds

If the refund has not landed within ten business days, please:

1. Check your bank statement and the credit card you used at checkout
2. Contact your card issuer (refunds can take up to seven days to post)
3. If still nothing, email dragonmammal@hotmail.com — we will investigate with our payment processor
