You have 14 days from the day your order is confirmed to request a full refund for services not yet commenced. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive / UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, separate from our standard policy. You may cancel for any reason — no questions, no fee — by sending the model withdrawal form below (or any clear statement) to dragonmammal@hotmail.com within 14 days of order confirmation.
For digital services that have already commenced with your express consent, the right of withdrawal may be limited.

If deliverables are materially defective or do not match the agreed scope, we will either revise the work at no additional cost or issue a prorated refund — your choice. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
